Can I pay the application fee instead of the applicant?

Yes. Choose operator pays in the rule set so applicants are not charged for that unit.

Yes. When you configure a unit, you choose whether the applicant pays the fee or you do. Paying the fee yourself can remove a barrier for applicants and speed up completion.

How to set it

  1. Open the rule set for the unit.
  2. In the fee settings, choose operator pays. See How to configure the application fee.
  3. Save. Applicants for that unit will not be charged, and the fee is billed to your account instead.

Good to know

  • You can use different settings for different units by attaching different rule sets.
