How to share your report

How your results reach the inviting property and how to share or get a copy.

When you complete a screening, the results are shared with the property that invited you. You may also be able to share your report with another property or download a copy for your records.

Sharing with the inviting property

This happens automatically when you submit. You do not need to send anything separately.

Sharing with another property

  1. Open your completed screening.
  2. Choose the option to share or reuse the report, if available. See How to reuse a recent report.

Getting your own copy

You have the right to see the information used to evaluate you. If a property declines your application based on a report, you have the right to request a copy and to dispute information you believe is inaccurate. See Your rights regarding your report.
