How to resume your application

How to return to a saved application and pick up where you left off.

You do not have to finish your application in one sitting. Your answers and completed steps are saved as you go.

How to return

  1. Open the same invitation link you used to start. 
  2. You will return to where you left off, with your completed steps already marked.
  3. Continue from the next incomplete step and submit when everything is complete.

If you cannot find your link

Check the email or text message that contained your original invitation. If you still cannot locate it, contact the property that invited you, since the invitation is issued by the property. See Contacting support.
